This warranty covers your newly purchased puppy only: for companion not for resale, we are not responsible for any associated charges such as veterinary fees etc. To qualify for this warranty you must meet the following terms:

If you wish to make a claim, you must bring this warranty with you.

We do not guarantee that the puppy purchased will be of breeding or show quality, your animal pigment of skin, size, color, temperment.

We guarantee puppy to be healthy at time of purchase to the best knowledge at the time of sale.

Customer needs to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick up.

If any life threatening health problems are found at the time of exam, puppy needs to be returned immediately with a written statement from your vet. Puppy will be exchanged for another puppy at time or when one is available. Exchange must be done with in 3 months unless other arrangements are made for the same sex also. There will be no cash refund for no reason.

All medications and vaccines stated on the pets medical record are given by me. We are not responsible should an overload occur due to the vet doubting our records, which can make the puppy sick.

We guarantee against any serious genetic defects: i.e.heart, lungs, kidneys till 6 months of age.

NO WARRANTY ON HYPOGLACEMIA OR OPEN FONTANLLES,because this is a normal characteristic you may or may not encounter in the small breeds. I do not warrant against corona virus and parvo virus also cocciddia, Kennel cough. which is easily treated, and is common in puppies that are shipped/traveled and usually caused by bacteria kennel cough is self-limiting and is like the common cold. It must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. I do not cover what is considered nomal or commom traits in puppies such as cherry eye, gastermitis, loose hips, looseknees elongated solt palate. Or any other puppy ailments such as worms, any viral bacterial diseases of disorders brought on parasitesl Fleas can be picked up in travel, along with other  certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, examples are allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectis mange, and all other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

If your puppy should die of any genetic problems, an autopsy from a state veterinary lab is required for replacement of the puppy. The Buyer is responsible for transpotation cost to and from the Seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.

No cash refund will be made. Puppy must be picked up when weaned at 8 wks to 9 wks depending on when the puppy is eating good.

If the puppy is not picked up at this time there will be a fee of$50.00 added to the price of the puppy for the extra care. The puppy will only be held for two weeks and then it will be put up for sale again.

Deposits on animals are non refundable.

If the Buyer decides not to keep the puppy for any reason,we ask you the Buyer to give the Seller first option to have this puppy back. You must return any and all, registrations, or application, health records to us. Also must sign any and all papers nessary to transfer ownership back to us.

We will try every means possible to find this puppy a new home.

There will be no returns due to incompatibilty, allegies, or landlord disputes. Sorry on exceptions.

Although we try to predict grown size, color, temperment, we do not guarantee either.

We are in good standings with AKC but cannot guarantee the ability to register puppy for reasons beyond our control.

Puppy are AKC reg. You are responsible for sending in your reg paper. They must be sent in with in 30 days of you receiving them I will not replace papers after 30 days.

This written agreement is the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer of the animal.
